Shipping
Information

We utilize the services of FedEx, UPS and the
USPS to ship our products.
All products, particularly our SkinDR™ Machines,
are shipped in high quality, safe and strong
cardboard containers. We also insure our
shipments in the event of damage that can
occasionally occur in transit. We handle all
claims of damages for products that we ship.
Products should be thoroughly inspected upon
receipt for any damages that may have incurred
during shipment. We require that we be notified
immediately of any products damaged in shipment.
We provide a detailed Setup Instruction sheet as
well as a warranty card registration when the
machine is shipped.
NOTE: Shipping fees do not necessarily represent specific provider published rates and may include charges levied by the store owner, Image Resource Network, Inc. Additionally, we reserve the right to choose the most cost effective, efficient method for the shipment of your order. The actual rate charged may vary from that of the real-time published rates that are returned.
Our Policy
for Returns
In the unlikely event of the return of a machine
we have a Return Policy which requires an
authorization for return, PRIOR to sending
equipment in for repairs. We will either send out prepaid
return shipping labels along with instructions,
or issue a call tag for pickup of your
merchandise.
The shipment is insured as well.
We ask that the steps below be taken to return
the equipment to us safely:
Pack the equipment in the
ORIGINAL box with all ORIGINAL packing.
Insure that the machine is VERY
secure inside the box, so as to prevent damage
in transit.
Seal the box properly for
shipping
Remove any old shipping labels
or mark them out so that no other label shows
If we've sent you a RETURN
label, affix the prepaid
shipping label to the box

Call
to schedule a pick-up
Notify us that your shipment is ready and we
will initiate a call out for pickup of your
package.
We realize that it is an inconvenience to return equipment and will make every effort to have your item repaired or replaced as specified in our warranty information specific for your particular product.
